"Don't be so sure," Rui replied with a calm tone, having overcome the Blood Goddess's sexual arousal technique with Megamind. "Amare is not one to go down so easily."

He was starting to understand why Amare had warned him not to fight the Blood Gods; it was probably because she had a sperm extraction technique that she would use in conjugation with her arousal technique. With her remote blood that could enter an opponent's system, there was a good chance that she could get samples of his sperm cells remotely.

A few cells were all she needed.

Even though Rui was confident he wouldn't lose the battle, she would get what she wanted from him. In that regard, he came to appreciate Amare's warning and his decision to place his trust in her. That was why he was displeased to see her cornered by the Blood Goddess' absurd raw power and her magical Martial Art.

Blood Lord Vrukshus shook his head with disapproval. "Admittedly, the Omni-Martial held her own quite well even when the Blood Goddess grew serious, but now that my goddess has decided to go all-out, her superiority is clear. Rui didn't find it easy to deny his words. Not when the Blood Goddess blasted Amare's defensive domain with omnidirectional converging blood compressions.
